春の藤田家の窯が始まっています。
コロナの影響でgallery Kaiは空いていませんが、今出来ることとして作家三人とも作品作りに力を入れています。
田舎で窯を焚いているので基本的にはウグイスくらいしか来客がないのですが、
珍しく昨日は、本業はプロスポーツの選手の方々が今出来ることということでYouTube用の映像を撮りに窯へやってこられました。
また完成してアップロードされたらご報告しますね。
あとは、備前陶芸センターが閉まってしまい家で自習になったカナダ人の方も窯焚きの自習に来られましたね。
不思議な来客とともに粛々と窯を焚いています。
何かの形で皆様に作品をお見せ、もしくはお会い（オンライン上？）ということもメンバーで相談中です。

[Spring Kiln Firing]
Fujita family’s spring kiln has started.
Even though gallery Kai is closed due to the coronavirus, the 3 artists are all putting efforts in the
thing that they can do best, making products.
As the kiln is fired in the countryside, normally the only guests are Japanese bush warblers, but
unusually yesterday, saying that this is what they can do now, professional sports athletes visited the
kiln to take videos for YouTube.
We will inform you as soon as the video is uploaded.
Moreover, a Canadian person who has to study at home because the Bizen Pottery Center is closed,
also came to learn about kiln firing.
Together with unusual visitors, we are solemnly firing the kiln.
We are also discussing about a way to show the products, or to meet (online?) with the customers.
